Supplemental · 4 Sessions · 60 Minutes Each
After
For the person who has made it through the hardest part — and is beginning to figure out what comes next.
What's In Your Way Coaching · Divorce Supplemental
There is a particular kind of grief that comes with divorce that doesn't have a clean category. It's not just the loss of the relationship. It's the loss of the shared life, the assumed future, the version of yourself you were inside it.
What this work holds space for
Some of us skip past it — because we busy ourselves rebuilding while we're still in the throes of all the chaos and tumult. It just doesn't skip past us the same way.
This supplemental is for the person who is on the other side of a divorce — upright, functional, beginning to surface. The recently separated. The newly divorced. The person a year out who realizes they've been white-knuckling through the practical rebuilding without ever really sitting with what happened.
The clarity doesn't come back on its own — which makes it difficult at times to come back to yourself.
Before the deeper work begins, this creates space to name what was actually lost — not just the relationship, but the shared life, the identity, the version of yourself you were inside it. To sit with the grief. To surface what the marriage revealed about you.
Where it begins
Comfort comes first.
Before anything is asked of you,
there is space to simply put down
what you've been carrying.
The first session asks only one thing: tell me what happened.
This Work Is For You If —
— You are recently separated or divorced and haven't had space to actually sit with what happened
— You've been functioning — rebuilding, moving forward — but something unresolved is still being carried
— The grief doesn't have a clean category and you haven't known where to put it
— You want to understand what the marriage revealed about you before you take those patterns into whatever comes next
What working together looks like
Four sessions — 60 minutes each. At a pace that belongs entirely to you.
The Opening
Tell me what happened. Nothing more is asked of you in the first session than that.
The Middle
Moving through the loss of the shared life, the identity rupture, and what the marriage revealed — about you, about what you brought, about what you're carrying forward.
Each Session
Ends with one thing to carry — not homework, an invitation to keep the work alive between sessions.
The work moves at a pace that belongs entirely to you. Nothing here is rushed. Nothing here is required before you're ready for it.
From Here
After bridges directly into the Connection to Self ~ Connection to Others core course — so that everything it opens has somewhere to go, when you're ready.
You came here to get yourself back.
That is always the more important work.
If something landed —
