Connection to Self
~ The Interior Work
What's In Your Way Coaching · Individual Course
The most important relationship in your life is the one you have with yourself. This is where that work begins.
Before you read any further
Think about where you are right now — not in your career, not in your living situation, not in the logistics of your daily life. In yourself. In your relationship with yourself. In the quality of the connection you have to who you really are.
Now think about the last time you felt genuinely at home in yourself. Not performing. Not managing. Not pushing through. Fully, quietly present with who you are.
When was that?
If that question gives you pause — keep reading.
What This Is — And What It Isn't
This Is Not
— A course about finding or fixing a relationship
— A program built around another person
— A shortcut, a formula, or a list of things to do and say
— A detour from real life
This Is
— The foundational work — with yourself, for yourself, on your own terms
— A deep and honest reckoning with who you are and how you got here
— An examination of the patterns, wounds, and blueprints that have shaped your inner world
—A course for the person who has decided they are worth this level of attention
There is a relationship that shapes every other relationship in your life. Most people spend very little time tending to it. This course is built entirely around that one.
What You'll Move Through
This is a one-on-one coaching course built across six modules and a mindfulness track — each one building on the last, each one going somewhere most people have never been invited to go with themselves.
You'll develop a deeper, more honest understanding of who you really are — not who others have needed you to be, and not who your wounds have taught you to become. You'll build the emotional fluency to name what you feel, understand where it comes from, and move through it without being overtaken by it.
You'll do the work of self-compassion and reparenting that most often gets bypassed because it can be hard to find your way to it. You'll learn what boundaries actually are — not rules you enforce, but a natural expression of who you authentically are. You'll find your voice — the courage to speak the truth of your inner world, first to yourself, and then to the people who deserve to know you.
You'll identify the relational patterns and nervous system blueprints that have shaped your life — not to blame yourself for them, but to begin the work of choosing something different.
The work moves from the inside out. Always. That is the whole philosophy.
This work is for you if —
— You've been carrying something you haven't had the language, the space, or the support to set down
—You sense a disconnection from yourself — and you're ready to understand where it began and what it's been costing you
— You're not here to work on a relationship with someone else — you're here to work on the relationship with yourself
— You're tired of understanding things about yourself that don't seem to change anything — and you're ready to understand why
— You've never really been asked the questions this work asks — and something in you knows it's time
—You are choosing this for yourself — not because someone told you to, but because you've decided you are worth this
What Working Together Looks Like
This is a one-on-one coaching relationship — just you and me, in an hour-long session each week, moving through a structured curriculum built from the most important research and frameworks in attachment theory, emotional intelligence, self-compassion, and mindfulness. We'll go at the pace the work requires.
Session 1A
We review your completed intake together. The questions you answered on your own before we ever met become the starting point for understanding where you are and where the work needs to go.
Session 1B
We move through the general intake together — a full conversation about who you are, where you've been, your emotional history, and what you're bringing into this work.
Sessions 2–30
The full curriculum. Six modules plus a mindfulness track — moving from the deepest interior work inward, and staying there. Who you are, how you were formed, what patterns you carry, and what it means to begin showing up for yourself differently.
Final Session
Your Self Manifesto. You'll arrive having written a declaration of who you are, what you now understand about yourself, what you will no longer accept, and what you are committed to building with yourself going forward. We read it together. We return to your intake. The distance between then and now is the evidence of everything that happened in between.
Before our first session, you'll complete the intake on your own — a set of honest questions designed to help us both understand where you genuinely are. It is not a test. It is the first honest conversation you'll have with yourself before we have ours.
The Question That Starts Everything
Do you know what your core needs are?
Not what you think they should be.
Not what you've been told they are.
Not what you've learned to settle for.
Do you know — really know — what you need to feel loved, safe, seen, and at home in yourself?
And do you know how to give that to yourself?
If the answer gives you pause — that pause is the beginning. That pause is your body telling you something true about where you are and what you might want to do about it.
The insecurity that comes from not knowing yourself — the worry that you're too much, that you're not enough — that doesn't go away overnight.
But it loses its grip.
This work is for anyone willing to show up for it. The only requirement is honesty — with yourself, first.
